General Questions
There are many variables that could affect the rate for your package(s). It would be best
to contact us, so we can provide you with custom quote for your delivery needs.
Animal or human remains; explosives; flammable solids or liquids; weapons; infectious substances; and radioactive materials are just some of the items that we may not be able to transport due to legal or safety requirements for our drivers.
As a customer, you will receive access to an online web portal, which will allow you to track whether the package has been collected, currently in transit, or delivered. It will provide the date and time for the collection and delivery as well. A photo of the delivery or signature will be provided, depending on the final destination for the package.
We currently deliver to most parts of Northern NJ, Westchester, Fairfield County, Connecticut, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. If your needs are outside of this area, please contact us to discuss.
